How our registration works:
Since 1984 we have been making limited amounts of a number of high quality wines for cellaring, all expressing personalities appropriate to their variety and our philosophy of preserving a full expression of what the variety can offer from our particular vineyard sites. These wines include Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot gris, Pinot noir, Riesling, Syrah and Viognier.
These wines are not easy to obtain. We do not have a tasting room which sells to the general public and the wines are not often available through the trade. These wines are released via either our Spring or Autumn Releases to mail order clientele and are likely to be sold out within 2 – 4 weeks depending on the amount made. Given this very limited availability, we have had to create a Waiting List for those who wish to join our Mail Order List and it is likely to take a year or so before you become a client on the latter.
Once you have been entered on the Mail Order List, wine must be purchased at least once every two years to remain on it. Orders within New Zealand are couriered to a specified delivery address and international orders are couriered to a shipping agent within New Zealand who will air freight to the door. Very occasionally – due to a low cropping vintage – production of some wines may be too limited to offer to our complete Mail Order List. In this instance we may offer these wines to those clients who have been buying from us over the longest period.
