The appearance is brilliant lemon-gold with a slight greenish highlight. A classic Dry River Estate spicy nose with voluminous rose florals is followed by fresh ginger and yellow peach. The palate’s subtle aromatic flavours follow with multiple spice, rose essence, ginger and peach. Its minerality gives a sense of refinement and clarity but does not detract from the rich texture. A graceful wine that is able to be drunk young but will also reward cellaring.
