An intense lemon/green colour leads into bright and even spicy aromas along with flowers, minerality and intense lime zest. The palate continues the theme with a bright rather than piercing acidity, introducing the wine as one which will repay cellaring – our suggestion being for drinking from about 3+ years. The flavours are concentrated and lasting – jasmine, limes and other citrus with a minerality and once again that subtle aftertaste of nutmeg, before finishing with the freshness of granny smith apples.
